Policies and Procedures
Welcome to the Sassy Clover Family! Here we love to interact with our friends, customers, and family. However, please be mindful that we cannot respond immediately to messages. Our operation hours are Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM and weekends 10AM-5PM. We do our best to respond to everyone as soon as possible, but we are still a small team and have to tend to customers who are in store or calling on the phone. Response time is targeted at 24 hours, and messages are answered during business hours.
Tiktok Live Claims

To claim items on live, comment "Sassy" plus the item you are wanting to claim. If you are the first to claim during the live, a Basket will be opened with your name and the claimed item added. If this is your first LIVE claim with us, we require your email and shipping address. This can be send to us via TikTok messenger. If we do not receive this information within 24 hours of your claims, your basket will be VOIDED.

All Live claims are due by the end of the week, Sunday, failure to pay or communicate with us in regards to extensions will result in your basket being pulled for non-payment by the following Tuesday. In the event this happens, you will be placed on a 15 or 30 day live claim ban (decision is based on how large the reclaimed basket is). If your basket defaults twice, that will result in a permanent ban from live claims.

Shipping is free over $50. If your basket is under $50 we will gladly hold onto it until it reaches that amount, but if you’d like your basket before then please message us. We will send you a shipping invoice of $8 to ship it out. Even if your basket is under $50, payment is still expected by Sunday unless previously discussed.
NOTE: Everyone's view on TikTok is different. TikTok will almost always show you that you claimed first. However, our view will display comments in a different order (we cannot control this). Claims will be given based on the FIRST comment we see on our side.
Packaging and Shipping
Orders are packaged on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednsdays. And pickups are scheduled on Thursdays.

If you paid for a basket late, there is a chance it will not be shipped until the following week due to this schedule. Please understand we are a small business with a small team and cannot always package and ship orders the day of, or next day.

Because we take pride in packaging each item carefully so they do not break during shipping, along with the fact that we insure every package, we are unable to issue refunds for broken products during shipment.

In the event an item breaks during, contact UPS to file a claim on your package. Unfortunately we are unable to do this for you, UPS requires the customer to file claims as a precaution against insurance fraud.

During any TikTok live, you can join as a subscriber. TikTok charges $9.99 per month for this subscription. TikTok keeps 50% and gives 50% to the host.​

Tiktok subscribers get access to special sale prices. Discounts range from 25-60% off items, exclusions apply.

Subscriptions also come with special stickers you can use in the chat during tiktok lives.

Subscribers also get access to private VIP group chat on Facebook. If you would like to be added to the chat group, add Cassie Causey, the owner, as a Facebook friend. Then message her to add you to the private CHAT group. You MUST be a subscriber to join.

Unclaiming
Life is CRAZY & we know unexpected things happen.

We ask that everyone be courteous and responsible when claiming. When you claim an item during a live, there may be others who want the same item. By claiming, you are taking responsibility for payment of that item.

We understand that you can get caught up in the moment because of all the wonderful pieces offered and shown - if you run into a situation where you need to unclaim certain items - please contact us privately on our business page on tiktok, facebook, or instagram.

Do not ask for items to be removed during lives as this can slow the live process down significantly.

If we notice someone constantly requesting basket adjustments, we will be forced to block them from future live events. This is to ensure fairness for everyone who is trying to claim items and keep them from missing out on items due to nonpayment on others’ part.

We offer 12 week layaway plans for returning customers on items valued over $50, and up to three items.

Our layaway programs are 0% down with no interest. You can pay any amount, at any time during the 12 weeks your item is being held for you.

If you do not pay off the full amount in 12 weeks, it will be placed back on the shelves for sale or live claims and any amount previously paid will be lost. There are no exceptions to this rule. ​
To qualify for a layaway, you must meet the following criteria:

Have historically placed and paid for at least 1 order $50 or more with Sassy Clover

Layaway Item is at least $50

Moderators are here to HELP during Live Events.

We have mods to help us keep lives running smoothly. They will pin questions and important tidbits during live to help us when things start to get hectic.

Mods are volunteers for live events, they are not employees of Sassy Clover.
